We want to ensure your design perfectly aligns with your vision. Our Outline Approval option lets you review and approve your design outline before production begins. Here’s how the process works:
How Outline Approval Works
- Outline Preview: Once your design outline is ready, our team will email you a digital preview for your review. This preview gives you an opportunity to see how your design will look and request any adjustments if needed.
- Revisions: You may request unlimited revisions to your outline at no additional cost. All revision requests must be submitted through the comment box in the email sent by our team. Requests sent via other channels will not be applied. Revisions are limited to the original photo/design only.
- Simplifications: To maintain the quality and integrity of your design, some minor details may need to be simplified. Simplifications ensure that the final product is both durable and visually appealing.
- Approval Process Window: The approval process has a 3-day window: the first day when the email with your design is sent, plus two follow-up emails on the next two days. If no response is received, the design will be automatically approved to prevent production delays.
⚠️ Additional Notes:
- Photo change requests incur a $20 fee for processing a new design. If you’d like to proceed with a photo change, please reach out to our team at info@soulmatecustoms.com, and we’ll guide you through the next steps
- Once a design is marked as approved, no further changes can be made.
- Although revisions are unlimited, our team is instructed to notify us if the approval process reaches a 4th revision, to avoid delaying production.
- Extra features not listed on the website may be subject to additional charges.
