- Privacy Assured: Only the artist working on your design will view your image. All images are securely stored during production and are deleted immediately after your order is completed.
- Secure Handling: As a women’s company, we are committed to keeping your images secure and private. If you prefer, you may blur parts of your image before uploading, but please make sure the blur doesn’t cover or distort details that are important for the outline creation process.
- Photo Sharing: We respect your privacy and handle all submitted photos carefully. Your original photo is used internally to create your custom item and may be used for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your photo featured, please contact our customer support team at info@soulmatecustoms.com to let us know. We will add a note to your order so our team is aware of your preference.
