At Soulmate Customs, every item is made uniquely for you according to your custom requests. Because of this, all orders are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders that are already in production or due to buyer’s remorse.
If there’s ever a quality issue or defect with your order, please review our Replacement Policy to request a redo. We’ll make it right until you’re completely satisfied.
