Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Below is our policy for cancellations, including eligibility requirements and fees.


Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Unfulfilled Orders: Orders can be canceled if they are marked as Unfulfilled in our system, which means production has not yet begun. If your order is eligible for cancellation, please contact us at info@soulmatecustoms.com as soon as possible.
  • Fulfilled Orders: Once an order is marked as Fulfilled (indicating production has started), it is no longer eligible for cancellation. We recommend reaching out immediately if you need assistance, and we’ll confirm if there is any possibility for cancellation.

Cancellation Fee

  • $20 fee applies to all eligible cancellations to cover the administrative and design processing costs. Since every order is automatically assigned to a designer as soon as it enters our system, this fee will still apply even if the order is marked as unfulfilled.
